Mr. Chahine supervises and directs all financial and accounting functions at the company. Mr. Chahine is also involved in planning, operations, and risk management. With over 15 years in various management roles, Bassam brings a vast amount of professional understanding to OSP. Bassam’s past endeavors are impressive and diverse. He spent over five years managing a large international petroleum company. He has also managed telecommunications companies, and accounting firms. Bassam earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting/Finance.

 With a rich background of initiating and managing multi-million dollar global operations, Amer has represented iconic figures such as Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr, among others. His experience showcases a profound capability to navigate the complexities of the sports and entertainment world successfully.

 Amer’s skills in problem identification, solution formulation, and strategic team placement have significantly contributed to OSP’s success. His ability to build strong teams and develop streamlined processes has consistently enhanced the company’s bottom line. His professional journey is marked by noteworthy achievements, including being an undefeated World Kickboxing Association cruiserweight champion, a 1992 Junior Olympic gold medalist, and a 3x national champion. Amer has also promoted major events, including one of the biggest events in the Middle East, featuring Jake Paul and Tommy Furry, and the first pay-per-view professional boxing and kickboxing event in Dubai, co-promoting one of the largest pay-per-view events featuring Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr.

His over 15 years of experience in Commercial and Consumer Sales and Operations span multiple industries, including Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy, and Telecommunications, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge.

She has been recognized as Recruiter of the Year and has led her office to hold the highest headcount for five consecutive years.
